Lace-up Cropped Tank

As my final project for Fashion 2, I created a lace-up back cropped tank. While I was walking around JoAnn's, I came across this green and blue fabric. I loved the sheen of the fabric and thought it would be great for Summer.

I wanted to challenge myself, so I created my own pattern for the top. I used tissue paper to create the outline, adding 5/8 inch inseam on all sides for the seam allowance. It was tricky trying to get every piece to match up, but I liked the challenge it gave me.

Overall, I had such a good time in Fashion 2 this semester. I was able to create numerous garments that I will be able to wear. My goal for the semester was to make a garment I could wear and would want to wear, and I definitely achieved that.
