The past few months have been so hectic for me, as you may have been able to tell with the two months without a new blog post. During the past few months, I have spent every weekend away for dance competitions, doing ACT classes and tests, and staying up to date on my schoolwork. This past Saturday my dance season has ended until we have tryouts again in May. We ended the season with a final performance at our school's variety show. Now that poms is over for the year, I will have much more time to go out and shoot more outfits!

Because I had been so occupied for so long I was excited to finally get a chance to go explore. My mom and I went a few towns over to look around. I received this skirt in the mail a few days back and regardless of the freezing temperatures and strong winds, I couldn't help but wear it. Because the skirt is such a bold piece I paired it with a black long sleeve top and a black leather jacket. Along with that, I added a brown cord necklace and white sneakers with a cute backpack.

Although I was pretty darn cold, I love this outfit and felt great wearing it. My mom gets annoyed with me because I will only wear some garments once or twice, but I will defiantly be wearing this skirt a lot more. :)
